• Today students will report to Advisory at the end of the day. Go to Advisory after 6th period. Ask your teachers or the office if you have any questions. 
• Come join the NEW STEM Club. It meets 1 Wednesday a month to explore different areas of STEM through cooperative games and puzzles. Sign up on Final Forms. Put your big brain to work. The 1st meeting is January 14th!
• During lunches, your Anchored 4 Life team will be hosting a Holiday Card making table. Please drop by and make a card for a teacher, friend, parent, sibling, or someone special in your life. Anchored 4 Life will deliver cards to staff and students before heading out to winter break. 
• Hey Cubs, if you haven't checked your google classroom, there are a number of opportunities for your baby pictures, talent, or pets to be showcased in this year's yearbook. The categories are: Student Photography, Student Art, Student Poetry, Student and Staff Baby Pictures, and Student and Staff Pets. There are certain things you will need to do to make sure there isn't any plagiarism. The due date for all these categories is the end of winter break. If you're interested in participating, please make sure you turn in your photos by the deadline. 
• If you haven't turned in your impact aid form to the office yet, please do so before you leave for break. They were those purple or white forms you got last month. 
• Attention all 8th graders! This is very important! You need to check your google classroom for a post from Mrs. Collins. There will be a google form for the 8th grade Legacy Mural Project. This is due January 9th at 3:45. 
• Don't forget to check the lost and found before you leave today. 
• If you are moving over Winter Break - you need to stop by the counseling office ASAP!

• During lunches, your Anchored 4 Life team will be hosting a Holiday Card making table. Please drop by and make a card for a teacher, friend, parent, sibling, or someone special in your life. Anchored 4 Life will deliver cards to staff and students before heading out to winter break.

• Congratulations to our Varsity soccer team on their 4-0 win over Poulsbo Middle. Way to close out the season ladies!
• Basketball has their last game of the season tonight and it is here in our Aux gym starting at 5pm if you want to stay and support our players!

• Attention all 8th graders! This is very important! You need to check your grade google classroom for a post from Mrs. Collins. There will be a google form for the 8th grade Legacy Mural Project. This is due by January 9th at 3:45pm. 
• Tomorrow during lunches, A4L will be hosting a Holiday Card making table. Please drop by and make a card for a teacher, friend, parent, sibling, or someone special in your life. A4L will deliver cards to staff before heading out on winter break. 
• Check the lost and found for any of your items! All water bottles will be donated Friday after school. 
• Tomorrow is the last day to donate any non-perishable food items to the Kitsap Food Bank! So far we're sure we have reached out 500 item goal, but let's see just how many we can get by tomorrow afternoon.
• Today out Soccer team heads up to North Kitsap to take on Poulsbo Middle. They will be leaving at 1:30 so wish them luck when you see them. 
• There is a Cub Council Meeting today during Advisor - so reps, please come down to Mr. Platten's Classroom. 
• Remember that tomorrow's spirit day is Rhyme Without Reason - like golf pro and let it go! Let's see how creative you can get.

• Don't forget tomorrow is  Teacher-Student Swap Day. Only a couple more days to dress up for Spirit Week! Make every day count!
• Special reminder, if you haven't already, please turn in your Impact Aid forms to the ASB office before you leave for break on Friday. These were the purple or white forms given to you at the office. 
• A big congratulations to our Centralites and Cub Choir on their performance last night. If you weren't able to attend, you missed out on wonderful group performances as well as stunning solos and duets. 
• Another congratulations are in order for our Girls Soccer team who battled Sedgwick for a win on our home field. Way to go girls!
• We have a new item being added to our Cub Coin Menu! Ever wanted to learn a new trick? For only 5 cub coins, our very own Mrs. Florence will teach you how to juggle! Redeem at the ASB window.

• Listen up everyone! Any water bottles not picked up by the end of this week before Winter Break will be donated. So, make sure you stop by and collect any water bottles or other items that belong to you. 
• The 18th is the last day to donate any non-perishable food items to the Kitsap Food Bank. Drop them off in the boxes by the ASB window. 
• Soccer and Basketball both have games today! Basketball is leaving at 1:30 for their game against Cedar Heights and Soccer has a home game against Sedgwick starting at 4;15. Wish them luck when you see them, and see if you can head over to show them some support during the game!
• There is a Winter Choir Concert tonight in our Performing Arts Center starting at 7pm. If you want to hear some festive songs performed by our amazing Cubs, I highly recommend you come tonight. 
• Reminder, tomorrow is Ugly Sweater Day!

• Last night our Boys Basketball team had a great game against Marcus Whitman. Varsity walked away with a win, and our JV team had a tough battle but made a great comeback to secure a victory as well. Great job boys!
• Soccer and Basketball have games on Monday – Soccer is at home and Basketball is at Cedar Heights. So let your parents know so you can go support your friends. 
• Remmber that next week is the last week to donate any nonperishable items for the food drive! Drop them off in the boxes outside the ASB window. I think we’ve surpassed our 500-item goal we set, but let’s see just how much we can give to the Kitsap Food Bank!
• Next week is Spirit Week! Monday is Festive PJ Day so make sure you dress up in something comfy and festive!
• There is a Black Student Union Meeting today during Advisory.
